Pay Info:
Payment accepted through Ko-fi or Paypal (I do not have a Vgen code, thus I cannot provide services through Vgen)
Will discuss payments in detail beforehand
All prices are USD, make sure to convert it if its not your currency
Deposit prices depend on the price rates (Ex. $5 deposit for a $20 comm)
Deposit before sketch, whether I ask for the rest of the money after the sketch, after the color blocking or after the comm is finished depends on the commission/comm postIMPORTANT: I maintain the right to keep the deposit regardless of your dissatisfaction after receiving the sketch. Deposits will ONLY be returned if I fail to deliver anything.

All comm prices are subject to change depending on demand, quality increase or other factors, for repeat clients this means the price you paid once may not be the price you pay later.
Haggling is allowed depending on the price, I will not allow haggle for comms under $35, and the haggling needs to be fair and realistic.
Process:I will do my best to communicate closely with the client to increase the chances of satisfaction with the finished pieceAll WIP shots will be watermarked/signed and sent in lower resolutionIf I send a WIP asking for clarification/confirmation and receive no response I will not continue until the client repliesWorks may take me days to weeks, but if you do not receive any signs of me working on it within a week please message me! I have ADHD and memory issues so I might've forgottenIf for some reason a situation threatens to change the estimated time of completion I will personally let you know!Once finished you will receive full resolution piece (In the case of pixel art u will receive the original resolution and a screenshotted version for display that isn't friendly to pixelart resolution)Colors may not be 100% identical to reference provided depending on the aesthetic/lightning I decide to go with, but if you feel a skintone,or a color is being portrayed incorrectly feel free to mention it! I'll let you know if its a process issue or a mistake <3
Adopts/Designs:You may change character to your liking IF you OWN it, I take no responsibility if you as the owner change it to almost unrecognition.You may resell the character for higher ONLY if you have commissioned art for them and paid in money, you may add the exact cost of the commission. (Your art does not count as commission)If you received the character through trade or fictional currency (in-game currency, amino coins, robux etc) you may not sell it for money.You may not use AI to create art of a character you have obtained from meIf I have designed a child-character you may NOT commission or create sexually explicit or insinuative art of said character (This does not count for when I use a chibi style for a character, usually I will explicitly mention when a character is a child, if i have not, feel free to ask)If you want to privatize your character, I ask that you allow me as a viewer or grant me a key to keep up with the character!If you are not a client owning one of my characters you may not under any circumstance copy/change or resell any of my designs
